If the Error Is On Our Part

If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order (model or color), you may request a refund or an exchange.

• A photo of the internal label

The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
After verification, an exchange or refund will be processed as soon as possible, depending on stock availability.
